His strong capabilities in planning, organizing and managing work amidst conceptual and analytical ability for foresight and problem solving, reverberated in TUC Groups’ success.

Tamriko Chichua - Founder & Business Development Manager

Tamriko possesses MD and Ph.D degrees. She has extensive work experience in private and public sectors. She liaises with the international and national organizations; oversees daily planning and operations; ensures resolution of sensitive issues and problems and oversees staff development, promotion, well-being and training needs. She focuses on broader opportunities and implementation of new initiatives.

Giorgi David Rezo Sigua - Founder & ICT Manager

Giorgi has BA in International Relations and Political Sciences from Universita Cattolica Del Sacro Quore. He ensures that ICT structure of the entity is in place; is making substantive recommendations on the improvement of systems and internal controls by taking into account the prevailing conditions.

Tamara Pkhakadze - Marketing Manager

Tamara (Tako) possesses Master’s degrees in International Relations and Global Politics from SUNY (State University of New York) and LSE (London School of Economics). She has extensive international work experience in consultancy; project management; research and reporting; sales and marketing; conference production and event management. Promotion of TUC Group along with International and national organizations, inclusive Embassies; NGOs, CBOs and private sector is one of tasks Tako has achieved successfully since very early ears of the entity operations.

Ana Khamashuridze - Project Manager

Ana is an experienced Project Manager who has organized a lot of projects & events as well as in Tbilisi and throughout Georgia.
She has 10 years of experience in customer service and operations, also 3 years of experience in project & event management.
Ana has been leading teams across the hospitality sectors (Tbilisi & Courtyard Marriott and etc.).
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Administrations from Georgian National University.
Ana is an excellent team player and with her help your event will be planned at the highest level in the shortest time.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and getting to know different cultures in order to gain more experience and use it in her work.

Sophie Tskhadadze - Project Manager

Sophie is a seasoned event management professional with over a decade of experience, having successfully orchestrated more than 500 events spanning culture, education, sports, and entertainment. Holding a Master of Science in International Events Management from the UK and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Banking & Insurance from Georgia, Sophie excels in uniting multidisciplinary teams to deliver compelling campaigns that engage diverse audiences. A standout achievement in her career is her pivotal role as the International, Cultural, & Educational Events Coordinator for UNESCO's "Tbilisi-World Book Capital."

Ana Chikhradze - Project Manager

Ana has more than 10 years of experience in strategic communications, project management and business development. She has a proven track record of implementing both, small and large-scale projects, with valuable experience working on action plans, strategies, reports, researches, information campaigns and etc.
With solid work experience in public sector, and for recent years in private one, Ana has been equipped with the solid expertise in managing project scopes, budgets, schedules and deliverables.

Mariam Japarashvili- Project Manager

Mariam has graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations. Her career has provided her with the opportunity to work with leading international companies as well as renowned event companies in Georgia. One of the most significant highlights of her career was working in the PR department at the Ministry of Culture. This role provided her with invaluable experience in planning worldwide events and managing the schedules and agendas of famous artists. Mariam prides herself on being hardworking, organized, and a skilled team leader. Her ability to multitask effectively has been crucial in managing and executing a variety of events successfully.
