WHO interregional field training

An interregional field training of rapid response mobile laboratories was held in Georgia on 15-17 February where up to 150 participants from 10 countries from the world's leading laboratories came to the field training. The event was organized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC), and the Robert Koch Institute.
🔹 TUC group fully organized the event in less than a month, which included: hotel accommodation, food, and beverage, transfers, procuring laboratory materials, managing customs procedures, creating visual materials, organizing technical equipment, and integrating hybrid elements for field conditions.

Political Forum for Gender Equality

On February 28, 2023, our team organized UNDP Georgia’s Forum, which was attended by 300 participants.
The event was organized by the Parliament of Georgia & the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and supported by the Danish & Swedish embassies.
Within the framework of the event, provision of technical equipment, including simultaneous translation and live-streaming was prepared.

Startup World Cup in Batumi

Startup World Cup national competition was held on September 10, 2022 in Batumi. Within the framework of the event, TUC group provided full technical equipment support of the event, rental of the conference space and organization of catering activities.

ENOTHE 26th International Conference

The annual conference of ENOTHE is held in different countries of the world. n 2022 Georgia was named as the destination and during October 13-16, the 26th international conference of European Network of Occupational Therapy in Higher Education (ENOTHE) was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Within the framework of the event, a hybrid meeting for 250 people and three-course buffet meals for the participants was organized. The meeting spaces were decorated with visual materials (banners, decorations, furniture, stage, lighting and etc.), full technical equipment of the conference was provided, ensuring online engagements from different countries of the world. As per the concept of the event, parallel hybrid sessions were organized, 5 additional rooms were technically held and monitored by the TUC group.

UN 30

On October 24, 2022 a ceremonial concert and reception was held in Rustaveli National Theater.
The National Symphony Orchestra of Georgia under the direction of Nikoloz Rachveli, the outstanding musician of the new generation Tsotne Zedginidze, the internationally recognized Georgian violist Giorgi Tsagareli, the Tbilisi Women's Choir under the direction of Omar Burduli and the choir of the Trinity Cathedral under the direction of Svimon Jangulashvili took part in the concert.
As part of the event, a photo exhibition entitled "United Nations in Pictures: 30 Years of Partnership" and a canape reception for 700 people were organized.

Stokholm 50

National consultative meetings were held in Tbilisi, Telavi and Batumi within the framework of the international conference "Stockholm+50".
About 60 representatives of local self-government, civil society, academic members and the private sector participated in the meeting, which was dedicated to the experience of fighting against ecosystem degradation and the challenges and solutions in terms of protecting human rights to a healthy and sustainable environment.

Investment Forum in Oni

In cooperation with Austria and Switzerland, United Nations Development Program promotes the interest of investors, the development of local entrepreneurship and the holding of investment forums in the regions where it is most needed.
At the Racha-Lechkhum-Kvemo Svaneti investment forum, more than 40 local entrepreneurs presented their business prospects while promoting regional advantages for investment.
Full technical equipment of the forum, online sessions, preparation of decorations, roofing, arrangement of counters and stage, lighting and preparation of promotional materials was done by TUC Group.

WEPS

On December 16, 2021, at the initiative of United Nations Women's Organization, the companies that signed the principles of women's empowerment presented at the annual conference the joint projects they implemented to support gender equality.
At the end of the conference, new companies joined the principles of UN women's empowerment. It should be noted that their number in Georgia already exceeds 100, which is quite an important result considering the existing scale of the private sector.
UN Women's Organization in Georgia has been working on the implementation of the principles of women's empowerment since 2014 and is carrying out this activity with the support from the Norwegian government.
Our team produced all visual materials, organized catering, provided photo/video shooting and translation services.

Covid 19 Events

During COVID-19 pandemic, it has become imperative to organize events in the open air.
A series of informational meetings about vaccination were held throughout Georgia and covered up to 2,000 representatives of the health sector and 600 teachers. The project was recognized as being very successful and all essential logistical support was done by the TUC group.

Educational Events

The UNICEF Georgia, in partnership with the ministry of Education, the first, second and third international conferences by were held at Akaki Tsereteli State University in Kutaisi, Shota Rustaveli State University in Batumi and Samtskhe-Javakheti State University in Akhaltsikhe. About 1,500 students attended these conferences. Conference branding package, visual materials, hall decorations were made within the framework of the conferences. The event was technically equipped and held by TUC Group, as well as remote involvement of foreign experts, catering services, accommodation and transportation was organized by our team.

Study Tours

Study tours organized by TUC Group outside Georgia: in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Moldova, Poland, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Norway and USA.

Renovation

In the Parliament of Georgia, our team conducted complete renovation works of the conference hall named after Maro Makashvili, including: creation of 3D design, complete technical equipment, production of furniture, provision decorations, photo/video shooting, printing of eco-friendly materials.
Renovation works were also held at UNICEF Georgia’s Tbilisi office, where complete renovation of the conference space was done by TUC Group, inclusive furniture manufacturing and creation of 3D design.

Purchashing

Photo material showing purchases made within the framework of United Nations Children's Fund projects during the pandemic.
TUC group ensured success of the project while providing outstanding logistical support.
The purchases included humanitarian assistance to vulnerable families in the regions while providing them with essential food and hygienic products.
Within the framework of the "No Child Without Education" project of UNICEF Georgia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, the inventory of the playground for the kindergartens were manufactured. In the framework of the mentioned project, sports halls of schools were also equipped.

Exhibition

TUC group has held a number of personal and group exhibitions, both throughout Tbilisi and in the regions, including Kakheti, Imereti, Samegrelo and highland Adjara.
